Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Ad&Seo in the areas of online marketing, advertising, SEO and data analysis.

2. Subject matter of the contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of consulting, analysis and optimization services.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are net prices, excluding statutory VAT.
Billing is based on the agreed scope of services.

4. Scope of services
The specific scope of services is defined in the respective service description or individual agreement.

5. Obligations to cooperate
The client shall provide all information necessary for the performance of the services in a timely manner.

6. Liability
No liability is assumed for specific economic successes (e.g., increase in sales).

7. Termination
Individual orders end upon completion of the agreed service. Ongoing services can be terminated with 14 days' notice.

8. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the contractor's registered office.
